Join Our 6 Week Beginner BJJ Course

Course Format

  • 6 weeks

  • 12 sessions

  • Wednesdays and Fridays 7:30-8:30pm. 

  • Classes start with a warm up, followed by technique and drilling, and, if appropriate, positional or regular sparring.

By week 6 you will have an understanding of:

  • How we run our classes

  • Core positions

  • Escaping bad positions

  • Basic submissions

  • BJJ etiquette

What to bring to your first class

  • Sports top and shorts to wear under your Gi

  • We will lend you a Gi and white belt for the duration of the course

  • Water bottle

Upon completion you will be ready to join our full timetable and be eligible for discounted training.
