New Mums Fitness: Strength & Rehab Class

From 3rd March 2025, join us for New Mums Fitness, an ongoing class designed to help you rebuild strength, recover safely, and feel your best during the postnatal period. 

Held in our brand new spacious and light studio with clean matted floor, these sessions cater to all your exercise and rehabilitation needs, with a focus on:

  • Pelvic floor health

  • Abdominal recovery and breathwork

  • Rebuilding full-body functional strength


We provide modifications to suit every stage of your postnatal rehab journey, ensuring you feel supported and empowered. Babies are welcome at all classes, but are not required! We invite you to stay for a coffee afterwards, we might even have some pastries in.

Class Details:

  • When: Mondays at 11:00-11:45 AM

  • Pricing: £20 per class (drop-in) or £90 for a block of 6 classes

Who Can Join?

  • Suitable from 6 weeks postpartum (vaginal birth) or 12 weeks (Cesarean), with GP clearance.

  • Prenatal clients are also welcome - contact us to discuss suitability.

  • Babies are welcome until they can crawl away! If bringing your baby please bring a blanket for them to lie on.

  • Can be accessible for pregnancy, but please email us first - myriadlondon@gmail.com

Georgia is a personal trainer and parkour coach with 7 years experience working in the fitness industry. Georgia is passionate about moving well and moving more, in particular she believes that strength training is for everyone and has an important role to play in living well and pain-free. Georgia’s sport and passion is parkour (or Freerunning) and she can often be found around London jumping on walls!

Georgia’s qualifications include:
