Course Format
4 weeks
8 sessions
Wednesdays and Fridays 7:30-8:30pm.
Classes start with a warm up, followed by technique and drilling, and, if appropriate, positional or regular sparring.
By week 4 you will have an understanding of:
How we run our classes
Core positions
Escaping bad positions
Basic submissions
BJJ etiquette
What to bring to your first class
Sports top and shorts to wear under your Gi
We will lend you a Gi and white belt for the duration of the course. We will take a deposit at reception.
Water bottle
Upon completion you will be ready to join our full timetable and be eligible for discounted training.
First cohort starts Wednesday 17th June.

You will need a Gi which we will lend you for the duration of the course. You will be required to pay a deposit of £30 at reception upon your first visit. This will be refunded after you return the Gi at the end of the course.
