“Self-defence doesn’t have to feel intimidating or overly serious. This 6 week course is all about learning practical skills, building confidence and having fun.

We’ll cover everything from setting boundaries and staying aware of your surroundings to escaping grabs, getting back to your feet and defending yourself on the ground. Expect games, partner exercises and plenty of movement exercises designed to put what you learn into practice.

You don’t need to be strong, fit, flexible or have any martial arts experience. Come exactly as you are.”
