New Self-defence Course with Natalia
We have just started our brand new self-defence course for women and non—binary people at Myriad. Shanti and Nat have a combined total of over 27 years experience in BJJ. They designed this course to empower participants to combine their natural instincts with energising techniques and knowledge. Natalia has over 17 years teaching experience and is instructing this course with passion and expertise. We are really excited to hold a space for women and non-binary people focusing on their power and experiences.

Introducing our Foundations Class
Tom is teaching our new bi-weekly Foundations class which was inspired by all our fantastic new members who completed our Intro to BJJ course. If you are new to BJJ we highly recommend making this a class a weekly staple for your training. For those with more experience this class is great for brushing up on your technique and getting to meet new people.

Kick off for Jon’s Muay Thai Classes
Jon has been welcoming curious members and newbies to his Muay Thai classes that started in September. We recommend joining one of Jon’s classes to experience what Muay Thai is all about. We have people outside of Myriad joining his classes for free trials, some of whom are total beginners, and Jon will walk you through the basics.
